Yes, you can turn up without booking in advance. If you want to be seen at a specific time as a priority, then book an appointment slot here.
We don't guarantee it, but if possible, we will loan you a bike until yours is repaired or serviced.
It depends on how much you ride your bike. We recommend getting a service at least once a year, but some people may need more or less servicing depending on usage.
We'll send you a text or email when your bike is ready for collection.
